A fabulous day of fun and animal rescue & welfare awareness at the 2nd Annual 'Dogfest2010 - Barks in the Park'. The only event of its kind in Bergen County! Retractable leashes and leashes longer than 6 feet
are prohibited at Dogfest due to safety concerns.
